👉1. Pre-Track/Plan Your Meals - have a plan going in. Having a plan is the first step to executing!

👉2. Hit protein early! - Hitting protein early allows room for carbs/fats later in the day!

👉3. Get movement EARLY! - wake up and go! Getting your movement in early helps you start your day on the right foot and then be able to be present the rest of the day.

It’s Memorial Day weekend and the official kick off for summer! I'm doing pretty good this month; I actually got a compliment from my neighbor last night when I went out for my 5-mile run. Trust me, it’s all about your calorie total, fiber, nutrients, and protein! It’s a lot to balance, and it’s a lot to sacrifice, but IT IS WORTH IT. I WILL be like I am in that picture by the end of summer, tan from swimming and all of it. All I have to do is keep executing the plan.

It’s totally against my circadian rhythm but I’ve got nutrition lined up and I’ll get my sleep this weekend best I can. You can’t make up for lost sleep, but you can get back on track ASAP. I’m ready to handle the hard S#$%!

    To keep executing the plans is the key point for the goal. I'm a tad lost. I need a newer and different kind of recipe. Too tired of eating current healthy food! 😅
    This weekend I'm going to use cauliflower rice, tomato and eggs.
