Hi beautiful ladies!
This morning I made some vegetable soup with sardine.
Roberta told us the other day about it.
While I was measuring out each ingredient, I came to realize I'm quite accustomed to using this food scale. Proud of myself!
Actually I was going to share the picture of my sardine tomato soup. Unfortunately it was not that pretty. 😅 I wish I could a better cook.

Hi Mina!!! There is no reason to worry about being a better cook. I like to keep things simple and sometimes open up a can of tuna and cook up some frozen vegetables. It looks wonderful and I can see how far you are coming along. I'm proud of you!!! You will achieve the health goals you want for yourself because of making hard changes that many people are not willing to do. You got this!!!

Really? A can of tuna in the soup! And it tastes good?!!! Do you blend it all up? (soups aren't always pretty - it's the taste that counts!!).. :)

DeleteNo, I didn't blend it all up. 😅 I wanted prettier soup. Canned sardine looked different from canned tuna. It was more likely than I thought. 🐟
