Eating out

I met some friends of mine yesterday. It was a really great time. However, I was a bit anxious about what kinds of food I had to choose for the lunch. So I checked the menu of the restaurant online before the meeting. I chose a rice with salmon because it looked like fairly lower calories than any other food. The restaurant didn't provide any nutrition information of each food. I assumed it had 700 to 800 kcal. A friend of mine asked me to eat one potato coquette of hers. 110kcal? It was baby fist size. 😅 I couldn't say NO to it.

Eating out is not easy and comfortable when I’m not able to know nutrition information of the menus.

Have a blessed weekend! ❤️

  1. You made good choices Mina! We have to estimate best we can when eating out. It's less accurate which is partly why those who eat out quite often usually don't achieve weight loss goals. Plus, we CAN'T say no so often as we might like.

It looks wonderful! I hope you enjoyed every moment. 💞

    1. ☺️I remembered S.M.A.S.H.! Thank you, Roberta! ❤️

I agree. If I eat out everyday, I realized I'm not able to lose weight as much as I want. 😅
