The other day I went for a run outside and it was so HOT! But I know it's really hot in some other places too. What a crazy year this is, more snow than ever in winter, it took forever to get warm, and now it's July and the flowers are just blooming, and it suddenly got hotter than it's ever been.
I also did a workout and I'm keeping them a little simpler now to get myself more consistent with weight training.
This morning I went for a bike ride before it got too hot.
I had to wait for a long train so took a picture.
And of course, this view never gets old!
I had some fun just now giving Mina a written version of her meals into a meal plan (as she has logged perfectly in the 1P App and took me up on my promise before the 8-week challenge started) as well as an exercise plan that should fit into her lifestyle. The reason I'm able to do this is because she communicates with me and logs everything in the App and ASKS! I'm excited for you Mina because you have lost 38 pounds, and now you are really changing up the macros and following a plan you made. YOU will be rewarded for your work, with your own progress.

I agree. The weather around the world is getting crazy. For the last couple of weeks, It's been raining like cats and dogs in my country, but it's more like a squall. Scares me often.😰

I'm grateful for your support and encouragement. Fear of resistance training is one thing to get over in this journey. It's holding me back from making progress, I think.
