Breakfast menu for this week

Hello everyone 👋 🫂 

I'd eat cooked rice 🍚 for carbs but its calorie is not low. Bread... I love it so much, but it also has high calorie. Most of all, the more I eat bread, the more I want. I don't know why. This makes me crazy...😥 

Last week I found seaweed noodle while grocery shopping. Noodle (150g)20kcal+citrus soy sauce 80kcal! I think I'd love eating it for a while. It tastes pretty good. 😋

  1. I think bread, rice, and carbs in general do that to everyone! If I make it, I store it in little serving sizes, like 1/4 and 1/2 cup rice servings. Have a wonderful week Mina, you are more amazing than you realize!!!!

    1. Storing bread or rice in little serving size! It sounds a great idea for me. I wanted bread badly the other day. That night, I went to bed and dreamed I was eating it. 🤣

  2. Right? I LOVE bread, rice, pasta and potatoes too!! I have started using those little carb counter tortillas instead of bread….and zucchini’s have been abundant in the garden for zoodles.
