Because of my learning from Roberta about S.M.A.S.H., I got to eat sardines. Its benefit is wonderful. So thankful I was able to eat smaller meal this morning.
Last weekend I went offline grocery shopping in years. Bought some vegetable like lettuce mix and ricotta cheese.
I bought one made with whole milk by mistake. AND later found its calorie too high. I wish I could eat it in small portion at a time! 😅 I feel like I should not try it at all.

Yummy Mina, and healthy! Whole milk cheeses and yogurts are heavenly!!! Hard to eat small portions!
