Trying coffee alternatives


Happy Wednesday! 

I've recently felt like I took too much caffeine.
It makes me dehydrated and more anxious to some extent. 

Here are the alternatives! 
We drink mildly brewed barley tea culturally. But this one tastes like coffee. ☕️  11 kcal per one sachet. 👍 

And strawberry & mango tea! 5 kcal per one tea bag. One of the  reasons I like the most about this tea is beautiful color. It pleases my eyes. 

Hope they help me reduce some caffeine.

    1. 🤗It's hard to control the craving for a cup of coffee early in the morning.
      Time does fly, doesn't it?
      I want to catch it and beg to stop just for a couple of days. 😮‍💨

    2. I love my coffee ☕️ first thing every day. I'm able to handle the caffeine better. I don't dare have any in the evening, but I'm sleeping better now with my hormones regulated.

      Thanks to your advice and 1st phorm, I now got to prioritize sleep. My sleep level and quality had been terrible for the last three years.
