Protein truly is king when it comes to earning a body composition result. In addition to that, it is one of the most frequent conversations that I have with the people that I help.
I could obviously go on and on about all of the benefits that come along with protein, but we will save that for later.
Right now, I want to make sure that we focus on the basics… There are 3 things that I want to highlight because I know that at least one of these will resonate with ALL of you:
- Helps you build/preserve muscle tissue.
- Helps your body prioritize burning fat.
- Helps to improve body composition.
For now, let's keep it that simple.
