Every little bit adds up

Think you are in a deficit but nothing is happening?

Double check what all your supplements are, as well as any little bites.

My daily supplements are about 100 calories. I add them at the top no matter what time I take them.

Today I added some fiber to my reds and greens (always flavored with L-Carnitine and fucoxanthin.)

I took a couple bites of a roast I cooked in the crock pot overnight, with a sprinkle of cheese. I haven't really had a meal, but it kind of counts as a meal at 300 calories.

Even though it's all good, it has my needed collagen, micronutrients, probiotics, digestive enzymes, high EPA/DHA omega-3, CLA, and more, and all that helps my metabolism, it has to be accounted for.

Everything has to be accounted for, on weekends and every day.

It all matters. All the time.

It's not something you turn on and off.

That's lifestyle, health, and quality of life.

Any questions just ask!
