4-Part Protein Series: PROTEIN Part 3



I thought I might show you all how I personally hit my protein goals!!


The first step is to keep it simple with meal prep! I typically stick to:

  

Lean Chicken


Eggs


Egg Whites



Organic Gelatin 


I also often use:

 Turkey Sausage

Ground Turkey


This makes up a majority of my meal prep and main meals! 

I have back up protein if I miss meals or need help bumping up my protein! Those include:


Tuna Packets 

Low Fat Cottage Cheese 

Greek Yogurt 

Level-1(Love my Ice Cream Sandwich) 


The shredded beef at the top is a higher fat protein and is great, as long as you factor in the extra fat calories. The same with Salmon.



I love making simple mini-Turkey loaf with ground turkey. If anyone wants the recipe just let me know!


Meal prep doesn’t have to be hard! Just have a plan in place, and make sure to have back up plans just in case to make sure you never miss!!! Being consistent with your protein goal is easily the most important skill you can master here.     Beef gelatin looks good. I need to search for it here.
    We don't eat turkey often. Only sliced turkey ham is available at Subway or Costco.

    Eating just one slice of bread isn't easy. I sometimes feel that I'd rather not eat any bread than to eat small amount. 😅 🥑 Avocado is such a wonderful fruit.

    You look so great in the hat and the shirt. Love the shade. ♥️♥️♥️

    1. I bought a carton of egg whites a couple of times. Like you did, I made egg white wrap, but easily fed up with it.

      I love seeing your mini turkey loaf. Hard to get turkey here. I'd better try it with chicken instead.

    2. The loaf would be great with chicken Mina! I like sliced turkey ham, it's been years since I had it. We have to to the best with what we have, right?
