We're now having Thanksgiving break for 6 days. Here are my Thanksgiving lunch.
135 g Beef pancake, 150 g baked pork, 210 g brown and white rice, and crabmeat on a skewer, squid with minari(water dropwort), zucchini. (Can't measure this out)
Portion control matters. But it's hard not to eat more!!! I want all kinds of food for this holiday.😅
Early in the morning, I was grateful for crisp air and clear sky. Beautiful autumn. I was able to put all my worries aside and enjoy the moment.
