No coffee for a while

I've drunk coffee for the past two months in a row. I know I needed to stop but I couldn't. From this Monday, I happened to not drink any coffee for the first time in months. Then headache tortured me until yesterday. Finally I woke up this morning without any headache or even migraine. I feel best and want to enjoy this feeling as long as I can. 🤗 

I love and need caffeine. BUT The headache scared me so much. 😵‍💫

Detox is much needed to my daily life.

  1. I get it Mina, I need my coffee ☕️ every morning, and I know it's an addiction. No coffee, no wakey. Haha. And that was also in a novel I just read. I've stopped so many times, to cycle the caffeine. But now after all I've been through, I'm done cycling it. It's my only vice and it's just not a big deal in the scheme of everything. I enjoy my coffee every morning.

    1. I'm sure you drink it in moderation. But I drank more than two times a day. Around 157mg+157mg caffeine only. That was too much. 🫠

      Enjoying morning coffee would be good for anybody. So tempted! 😅
