Pot-au-feu 🍲

Hope your February of 2024 is blessed! 🙌

For the last couple weeks, I ate Roberta's soup. It was awesome. That stopped my emotional eating. Thank you, Roberta! 

The next soup that I tried is pot-au-feu.

Potato 80~95g 10, 
cabbage 1kg 1, 
lean beef 600g, 
chick pea 2 cans, 
fresh tomatoes 100g 5, 
whole peeled tomato 2 cans with chicken stock 300ml. 

I divided it within 10 meal prep containers. 

Very often, I feel like I don't know what to eat. 
Soup is amazing food.  It does help!
