It's been rough days in a row since January. I'm sick and tired of restarting...but I want to live life to the fullest.
Like Roberta, I won't give up and restart once again. It is hard to reduce carbs and sugar. ๐ฎ๐จ
Here are ingredients in my breakfast:
Green beans 150g
Cauliflower 150g
=>boiled them in water and sprinked pure pepper and salt.
Two fried eggs with 15ml sunflower oil.
= approximately less than 500 kcal

There you go Mina! Looks delicious and healthy! Ha, that's a little less than half our calories for the day, but I've found I can go a long time without eating after a big healthy breakfast like that! Great job! I'm about to write a post about my upcoming surgery adventure, it got crazy all of a sudden!
