These are pictures of my nutrition and workout for the Venus Reloaded forum, blogs only available to members there. It's a free site of which I am mainly a friend to those who stay in contact with me. I'm not using it for coaching or any sort of business purpose at all. It's just there because people contact me saying they miss the Venus forum which no longer exists. It's a basic forum just like that. That is all.
These pictures are for my post there because it is a simple forum, free, and there is not really any storage for pictures there, but when they are here, I can link them to my post there.
I'm writing my blog post in the forum now.
